Understanding and dealing with an insurance claim or the overall restoration processes can be a stressful and overwhelming process. But don't worry, we’ve got you! Check our most frequently asked questions below.
Initially, your insurance company dispatches RCC North DKI to attend to your emergency in order to mitigate damages and provide assistance when most needed. Next, we and the insurance company prepare a scope of work that is needed to repair the property damage and our scheduling team goes to work dispatching our tradespeople once this has been agreed to.
This can only be answered by your insurance company’s representative. RCC North DKI does not interpret insurance policies or provide comment on coverage issues. The insurance adjuster assigned to your claim provides clarity on policy coverage and any other questions you may have.

At that point, the contents become the Insurance Companys property and are generally disposed of in a landfill or as per the adjuster’s direction.
